Performance status (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group).

'Karnofsky' performance status.

pat.karno

'Karnofsky' performance status as assessed by the patient.

meal.cal

Daily caloric intake at the start of the study.

wt.loss

Weight loss in the last six months.
