`ideaTextFilter_included`	The vector of strings that should be included
`ideaTextFilter_excluded`	The vector of strings that should be excluded

A maximum 200 included/excluded strings can be used

Returns the XML text for IdeaTextFilterSearchParameter Search Parameter
