readApdRectangle | R Documentation |
Reads a spatial subset of probe-level data from Affymetrix APD files.
## Default S3 method:
readApdRectangle(filename, xrange=c(0, Inf), yrange=c(0, Inf), ..., asMatrix=TRUE)
filename |
The pathname of the APD file. |
xrange |
A |
yrange |
A |
... |
Additional arguments passed to |
asMatrix |
If |
A named list
APD structure similar to what readApd
().
In addition, if asMatrix
is TRUE
, the APD data fields
are returned as matrices, otherwise not.
Henrik Bengtsson
The readApd
() method is used internally.
