Internal scatter plot renderer
Description
Draws one scatter plot onto the currently active graphics device using
the parameter list produced by MRplots(). Must be called while
a device is already open. Called by export_scatter_plots() at
export time, ensuring all stored settings including show.legend
are correctly applied.
Usage
