Pairwise Bhattacharyya Coefficients
Description
Computes pairwise Bhattacharyya coefficients between a list of prior
distributions. Analytical for Beta-Beta pairs; numerical otherwise.
Usage
.pairwise_bhattacharyya(priors)
Arguments
priors
A named list of bayprior objects to compare pairwise.
Value
A symmetric matrix of Bhattacharyya coefficients (values in [0, 1]).
