boxcoxmix-package | R Documentation |
Box-Cox-type transformations for linear and logistic models with
random effects using non-parametric profile maximum likelihood
estimation. The main functions are optim.boxcox()
for linear models with
random effects and boxcoxtype()
for logistic models with
random effects.
