clrdag: Constrained Likelihood Ratio Tests for a Directed Acyclic Graph
Provides MLEdag() for constrained maximum likelihood estimation and likelihood ratio test of a large directed acyclic graph. The algorithms are described in the paper by Li, Shen, and Pan (2019) <doi:10.1080/01621459.2019.1623042>.
