In concordancer: An 'Rcpp' Implementation of Lin's Concordance Correlation Coefficient (CCC)

concordancer

The goal of concordancer is to provide an Rcpp implementation of Lin's Concordance Correlation Coefficient (CCC).

Installation

Install the latest release from CRAN:

install.packages("concordancer")

You can install the development version of concordancer from GitHub with:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("troyjcross/concordancer")

Example

This is a basic example which shows you how to solve a common problem:

library(concordancer)

# Create x and y
x <- rnorm(100, sd = 1)
