Usage

geodesic.knnx(X, X.grid, k, method = "knn.graph", K = 5)

Arguments

X	Numeric data matrix.
X.grid	Numeric grid matrix associated with X.
k	Number of nearest data neighbors returned for each grid point.
method	Legacy graph construction method argument.
K	Legacy graph neighbor argument. The implementation resets this to 2^ncol(X).

Value

A list with graph vertices, graph edges, nn.index, and nn.dist.
