In dyndimred: Dimensionality Reduction Methods in a Common Format

• MAJOR CHANGES: Changed maintainer to avoid frequent archivings.

• DEFUNCT dimred_dm_destiny(): Marked this function as defunct as destiny is currently not on CRAN anymore.
