In eDNAjoint: Joint Modeling of Traditional and Environmental DNA Survey Data in a Bayesian Framework
This folder contains files of compiled models auto-generated by the package rstantools. There is a set of compiled files for each model variation, where the corresponding Stan code can model specification can be found in the /inst/stan folder. These compiled models are called during MCMC sampling.
