eyeprocess 0.11.1

CRAN portability hotfix

• Make default Arrow/Parquet compression portable across Arrow builds: prefer zstd, fall back to snappy, then uncompressed when the default codec is unavailable.
• Preserve explicit compression requests: an explicitly requested unavailable Arrow codec fails with a clear error instead of being silently substituted.
• Replace repository-relative README links with absolute GitHub URLs.
