getProxy 1.13
- Незнаительные исправления документации под требования CRAN;
- Полностью переписана логика пакета, теперь он случайным образом выбирает одну из трёх функций запроса прокси, и делает 10 попыток их запроса;
- Пакет переписан с
RCurl на httr, что решило ошибку SSL сертификата;
- Добавлен файл
NEWS.md для фиксации изменений в пакете.
