Check if arguments are identical before stop

This function checks if two different sets of arguments are identical

check_if_args_identical(args_a, args_b, names_to_check)

`args_a`	`List` first list of arguments
`args_b`	`List` second list of arguments
`names_to_check`	`Vector` with the names of arguments to be checked
