Arguments

year	Year of data to pull
referee	Referee ID
attr	Game Attribute, valid values include: 'Excitement', 'Tension','Dominance','MinWp','FanMatch', 'Upsets','Busts','Comeback','Window'
date	Date of games to pull (YYYY-MM-DD)

A data frame with the following columns:
