Description
Provides 'SAS'-compatible date, time, and datetime formatting capabilities.
Built-in 'SAS' format names (DATE9., MMDDYY10., TIME8., DATETIME20., etc.)
are auto-resolved and can be used directly with fput,
fputn, and fputc.
