In mbX: A Comprehensive Microbiome Data Processing Pipeline
mbX
mbX is an R package that provides functions for cleaning, processing, and visualizing microbiome sequencing data. The package includes:
- ezclean(): Cleans and merges microbiome and metadata files (supports CSV, TXT, and 'Excel' formats).
- ezviz(): Generates publication-ready visualizations using the cleaned data from ezclean().
