Description
Simulate an interaction-count matrix
Usage
simulate_interaction_counts(network, size = 100L, seed = NULL)
Arguments
network
Ecological network or nonnegative numeric matrix.
size
Nonnegative integer total number of interactions.
seed
Optional nonnegative integer seed. A supplied seed produces a
repeatable draw without changing the caller's global random state.
Value
An integer matrix with the input dimensions and names. Counts sum to size when positive probability mass exists; otherwise all entries are zero.
