muiMaterial: 'Material UI' for 'shiny' Apps and 'Quarto'

Wraps the 'Material UI' React components <https://mui.com/> for use in R, 'shiny' applications and 'quarto' documents, including inputs, layouts, navigation, and surfaces. All inputs come with R usage examples.
