Generate EBE Diagnostics Report (S5-EBE.PDF)
Description
Generates a PDF report with empirical Bayes estimate (EBE) analysis
including ETA distributions, shrinkage, covariate relationships,
correlations, and multiple linear regression with influence diagnostics.
Usage
nmw_report_ebe(run_dir = getwd())
Arguments
run_dir
character, path to the NONMEM run directory (default: current directory)
