Description

A function to plot the diurnal patterns of environmental variables.

Usage

## S3 method for class 'chamber.diurnal'
plot(x, ..., display = c("all", "light", "immersion", "temperature"))

Arguments

x	a data frame, output of chamber.diurnal.
...	additional arguments, currently ignored.
display	a character string, which plots to display.

Value

a six-panel plot of environmental variables.

Examples

plot(day0)
plot(day0, display = "light")
plot(day0, display = "immersion")
