Resolve a decomposition algorithm name
Description
Matches algorithm case-insensitively against the decomposition algorithm
catalog and returns the canonical name, which names the algorithm's
setup_<name>() function.
Usage
.get_decom_name(algorithm)
Arguments
algorithm
Character: Algorithm name, in any letter case.
Details
Exported for rtemis.server, which resolves algorithm names received over the
wire.
Value
Character: Canonical algorithm name.
