Compare the "with replacement" and "without replacement" designs (EPA/deff)
Description
Computes the sampling-plan effect (EPA, "efeito do planejamento
amostral", a.k.a. design effect) comparing AASs to AASc for the same N
and n, following Eq. (3.46)-(3.47) of the course notes.
Usage
aas_comparar_reposicao(N, n)
Arguments
N
Population size.
n
Sample size.
Value
A sampling_result object with the EPA value and its
interpretation.
