Count units with (numerically) zero SBW weight in each arm
Description
Counted directly from the weights rather than from n_clipped, which
counts QP rounding noise (not units dropped) and varies by platform.
Usage
.n_zero_by_arm(w, A)

Numeric vector of SBW weights.

0/1 treatment vector.
Value
Named integer vector c(treated = , control = ).
