radical_inverse(n_dim, primes, count, digit, perms)
Arguments
n_dim
Number of dimensions
primes
A vector of prime numbers
count
A matrix
digit
A vector
perms
A matrix of the permutations. Defaults to a set of
Braaten-Weller permutations.
