In stratastats: Stratified Analysis of 2x2 Contingency Tables
stratastats 0.2:
- Haldane-Anscombe correction added;
- Mantel-Haenszel test of homogeneity of odds ratios added;
- Annotations in the output table updated accordingly;
- Default value for the 'variable.names' and 'stratifying.variable.name' parameters set to "Var1", "Var2", and "Var3" respectively;
- Minor changes to the names of the returned values to improve clarity and consistency;
- Minor edits in the parameters description;
- List of bibliographical references updated;
- Help documentation updated and improved content- and layout-wise.
