Usage

index_cody(x, ...)

## S4 method for signature 'matrix'
index_cody(x)

Arguments

x	A m \times p numeric matrix of count data (absolute frequencies, i.e. a contingency table).
...	Currently not used.

Details

This assumes that the order of the matrix rows (from 1 to n) follows the progression along the gradient/transect.

Value

A numeric vector.
