Snapshot the safe, structural parts of a widget tree
Description
Arbitrary widget state and field values are intentionally omitted, so
passwords, database credentials, and worker data are not serialized.
Usage
widget_snapshot(x)

Value
A deterministic nested list of widget descriptions.
