Configure monthly climate input files

Description

Associates four sets of raster file paths with the engine. Each vector must contain either one multi-band file (12 bands) or twelve single-band files (one per calendar month).

Usage

engine_open(xptr, tas_files, tasmax_files, tasmin_files, pr_files)

Arguments

xptr	External pointer returned by engine_create.
tas_files	Character vector (length 1 or 12): mean temperature.
tasmax_files	Character vector (length 1 or 12): maximum temperature.
tasmin_files	Character vector (length 1 or 12): minimum temperature.
pr_files	Character vector (length 1 or 12): precipitation.

Value

NULL invisibly.
