Compute quarterly/seasonal climate variables for a raster block

Usage

quarterly_variables_cpp(tas, tasmax, tasmin, pr, months, na_rm = FALSE)

Arguments

tas	Numeric matrix (pixels x 12): monthly mean temperature.
tasmax	Numeric matrix (pixels x 12): monthly maximum temperature.
tasmin	Numeric matrix (pixels x 12): monthly minimum temperature.
pr	Numeric matrix (pixels x 12): monthly precipitation.
months	Integer vector of 1-based month indices to include.
na_rm	Logical: if TRUE, skip NA months.

Value

Numeric matrix (pixels x 6) with columns tmean_s, tmax_max, tmin_min, trange, pr_tot, pr_cv.
