paleoFROG

paleoFROG is a R application inside a R package used to predict MAAT using brGDGT.

Installation

You can install paleoFROG from GitHub with:

# install.packages("remotes")
remotes::install_github("AThibault92/paleoFROG")

Lauch application

To run the application, please copy the following line:

paleoFROG::run_app()
