Acanthiza/envEcosystems: Create Ecosystem Definitions

Create ecosystem: descriptions; taxa lists; indicator taxa; environmental correlates; and colours (for use in mapping and figures). Descriptions are along the lines of 'Low open shrubland: always _Samolus repens_, _Salicornia quinqueflora_ and frequent _Frankenia pauciflora_; with emergent occasional _Austrostipa stipoides_, _Chenopodium candolleanum_, _Enchylaena tomentosa_'.
