A dataset containing insertion sites for two CART patients across several timepoints.
intSitesCART
A data frame with 13,066 rows and 28 variables:
Chromosome
start position
end position (should be the same as start, it is here to be compatible with Granges)
width (should be 1, it is here to be compatible with Granges)
which strand of DNA is the insertion located on
reference genome
Number of reads suporting this insertion site
patien ID
internal ID
Cell Type
Time Point, free form format
Time Point (in days)
Time Point (in months)
Position ID in the format (Chromosome)(strand)(start)
Number of unique clones, as define by SonicBreaks
Relative abundance
Whether the insertion is a gene
Closes gene
Strand of the nearest gene
whether the insertion is in an exon
