lucy
An R library for plate manipulation.
lucy (pronounced /ˈlʌki/, like "lucky") is designed to facilitate manipulation of data from biochemical assays, which are often performed in well plates. There are a number of existing R libraries to do this, but lucy is somewhat more specialized, with the goal of enabling simple one-line analysis with a "batteries included" mindset.
