In AlexanderRitz/pairedpowR: Power Estimation for paired data
R package pairedpowR
An R package offering basic funcionality regarding the power analysis of matched pairs data.
Implemented tests are the unpaired and paired difference t-test as well as a modified t-test according to Zimmerman (2012).
Empirical sample size and power relationships can be visualized as well.
Planned functionality includes the determination of pair corellation coefficients of paired data generated by a wide array of spatial models.
