In AshwinAgrawal16/BiodiversityGSoC17: Integrating biodiversity data curation functionality.
Harvesting,reshaping and adding Measurement data with occurence data(adding verbatim value)
Example on how to harvest a DwC archive from the IPT and reshape the data using R.
In this case I use a test dataset documented using the occurence core which have extensive measuremnt and fact information (in long format) that needs to be put in wide format and merged with the occurrence.
