In AshwinAgrawal16/BiodiversityGSoC17: Integrating biodiversity data curation functionality.
Clean Coordinates folder contains various functions to clean the biodiversity data.
DwC folder contains data set example which shows the DwC data management.
ReshapeAndRetrieve contains a interface to retrieve the DwC (occurrence, measurement, event data etc.) data and manage it.
SampleShinyApp contains a sample shiny app to visualize the biodiversity data.
Validate contains functions to get all the DwC fields sending a GET request to GBIF server and then validating data based on these fields.
rvertnet and spocc both contains functions to trnasform the data which can be pushed to GQ API server for flagging.
