Timeline

All parts (except first intro) come with small exercises and breaks between.

• Introduction to tidyverse concepts (15 minutes)

• Day 1 - Tidy visualisation & subsetting (~ 3 hours incl. breaks)

• Potting data with ggplot2 (~1.5 hours)
• Sub-setting data with dplyr (~1.5 hours)

• Chaining commands with the pipe %>% (~15 min)

• Day 2 - Tidy data wrangling & reshaping (~ 3 hours incl. breaks)

• Adding and altering variables with dplyr (~1.5 hours)

• Pivoting data with tidyr (~1.5 hours)

• Day 3 - Tidy data summaries (~ 3 hours incl. breaks)

• Grouped summaries with dplyr (~1.5 hours)
• Reshaping & grouping data for summaries and visualisation (~1.5 hours)
