AyaMitani/modelkappa: Calculates model-based kappa for agreement and association and their standard errors
Computes the population-based measures of agreement for binary classification, and agreement and association ordinal classification. The measures are based on results from generalized linear mixed model (GLMM) with crossed-random effects. Observed agreement (and association) are estimated while minimizing chance agreement (and association).
