Specify a uniform distribution of options to sample the
hyperparameters from.
Usage
uniform(min_value, max_value)
Arguments
min_value
A double of the minimum value in the range
(inclusive).
max_value
A double of the maximum value in the range
(inclusive).
Value
A list of the stochastic expression.
