Description
An R package to easily access eReefs and other CSIRO-EMS
output files. Functions encompass multiple tasks such as i) extracting
time-series from eReefs
Network Common Data Form
(netCDF)
files; ii) producing maps or animations of eReefs model outputs; iii)
calculating optical plume class from modelled surface reflectances; iv)
extracting profiles and vertical slices; v) plotting profiles; and vi)
converting outputs to GIS formats.
