Background

This is an assignment of the Coursera course "Building R Package" as developed by John Hopkins University. This fars package used the National Highway Traffic Safety (NHTS) Administration's Fatality Analysis Reporting System data set, and it shows the summarize of the value and distribution of the states in US for each year and month.
