BioAimie/dateManip: Manipulate Date Information to Fill In Data Gaps and Allow Averaging of Missing Values

Manipulates data frames with date information such that all dates in the sequence contain data with an entry of NA or 0 if data are missing. Averaging and other statistical functions are modified to allow for NA or 0 values across the date sequence.
