savePlot: MegaR savePlot
In BioHPC/MegaR: An interactive R package for Metagenomic Data Analysis for Disease Prediction

This is a internal function. This function allows the program to save the plot generated in the program.

1	savePlot(file, plotIn)

`file`	name of the file where data is to be stored
`plotIn`	the plot which is stored import ggsave from ggplot2**
