BlankSelPlot(Stock = NULL, Yr = NULL, N = NULL, isRel)
Arguments
Stock
Stock object. If provided, average length-at-maturity
is included on plot for reference.
Yr
Year number

isRel
Logical. Are selectivity parameters relative to length of maturity?
