gtf is an annotation package that provides gene transfer format files for commonly investigated model organisms in ChIP-seq studies. These files include annotations of both coding and non-coding genes.

Currently supported organisms in the gtf package include:

1) Mouse (Mus_musculus.GRCm38.84.gtf) 2) Rat (Rattus_norvegicus.Rnor_6.0.82.gtf) 3) Worm (Caenorhabditis_elegans.WBcel235.84.gtf) 4) Fly (Drosophila_melanogaster.BDGP6.84.gtf) 5) Frog (Xenopus_tropicalis.JGI_4.2.84.gtf) 6) Yeast (Saccharomyces_cerevisiae.R64-1-1.84.gtf)

The .gtf file format is described here: \url{http://www.gencodegenes.org/gencodeformat.html}. For more information on a specific organism:
