Returns task start time
Usage

get_task_start_time(task, sender = "Level")
Arguments
task
task to find the start time for
sender
can be "Level" or "Quest. Defines which sender to consider to
be the starting. By default it is set to Level, as level is started
when all is loaded.
Value
numeric(1) with the start time or NULL if not found
