Description
Lookup table of rooting profiles
Usage
sw2_trco_table
Format
A named list with two elements:
- desc

A data.frame with one row. Column names are used to
look-up rooting profiles and are identical to those of data. The
only row are character strings with either
“Layer” or “DepthCM” as value.
“Layer” identifies that the corresponding values in
data are organized by soil layers whereas
“DepthCM” identifies that the data values
represent amount of roots per centimeter soil depth.
