The areas under ROC curves are displayed as a heatmap. Various significance tests can be displayed.

Index: This package was not yet installed at build time.
To create a matrix of ROC curve areas for variables that might predict
integration site preferences use either ROC.MRC
for
Matched Random Controls or ROC.ORC
for Ordinary Random
Controls. The latter would be used for integration sites isolated by
sonicating or other wise fragmenting the DNA that contains sites. The
former would typically be used for integration sites isolated by using
restriction enzymes.
Once such a matrix has been created ROCSVG
will render a
heatmap with clickable links that can be used to display the results of
various significance tests.
