CEDRICHK/HCSQC: Quality Control Workflow for High Content Screening
Purpose multiple measures of control quality to validate a HCS project. The workflow calculates a coefficient of variation (CV), a Z-Prime factors (Z') and a Strictly standardized mean difference (SSMD) for all selected positive or negative controls.
